Water.  Both for drinking and for Solar shower

Coleman type gas canisters for stove and lanterns

Wood for wood stove and fire pit.  (There is no wood collecting on the mesa)

Don’t forget your bike for crying out loud.  Gooseberry is perfect for a full rigid single speed or 7 inch travel big hit bike.
